A practical notice for product inquiries and demonstration requests.

This notice describes how Index Forward handles information collected through the VioletCMS product website. VioletCMS is an Index Forward product.

The inquiry form asks for your name, email address, an optional organization, and a message about your project or question. Please do not include passwords, payment details, or sensitive personal information. We do not use this form to enroll you in marketing.

We use inquiry information to respond to product questions, arrange demonstrations, and discuss potential business use. Access is intended for people authorized to handle those requests. We do not plan to sell inquiry information or use it for targeted advertising.

VioletCMS is hosted on Amazon Web Services in the United States (us-west-2). Amazon SES sends internal inquiry notifications, and Google Workspace receives them. Notifications link authorized staff to the protected inquiry workspace rather than include message contents.

The website uses an appearance preference cookie to remember light or dark mode. Inquiry protection uses short-lived submission tickets and limits to reduce duplicate or abusive requests. The public web server does not keep access logs. Hosting and application services retain operational and security diagnostics; inquiry message contents are not intentionally logged. This website adds no analytics scripts or advertising trackers.

We retain unconverted website inquiries for 90 days. Authorized staff review and delete those inquiries manually; deletion is not automatic. If an inquiry becomes an ongoing business relationship, related records may be retained as needed for that relationship and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Deleted information may remain in backups until those backups expire; deletion from every backup is not immediate.
